There are several restaurants about a mile from us, at Eagle Rock and Pleasant Valley Way. There's an ahhhmazing Greek place called 460 Bistro, which could be busy on a Sunday evening so might be worth calling ahead there. There's a big Italian place, Chinese and Mexican take-out, Bagel Box, Burger King, Dunkin, and Dominoes. And there's a nice pub offering good bar food (and salads! no, really!) and they have a new Caribbean fusion place that just opened inside the bar too (haven't been, and not quite sure how there's a restaurant within a bar that also is a restaurant). Oh, and there's a kosher deli called Reuben's, and a small market called Fooderie that has a sushi counter, a sandwich bar, and a pizza counter inside, plus lots of takeout options. And there are 2 large plazas 7 minutes drive away with Whole Foods, Jersey Mikes, Chipotle in one, and Shoprite, Panera, Starbucks, and TGI Fridays.
